Behaviour-Driven Development for Conversational Applications (DE)

Cognitive and conversational applications have become very popular recently. From insurance chatbots over connected car voice control assistants, to digital avatars for wealth management, natural language is becoming the most exciting channel for modern human-machine interfaces. In this session we present an approach for using a behaviour driven approach (BDD) to specify and test conversational applications using a semi-structured, non-technical language based on Cucumber and IBM Watson Assistant. The approach was developed and used during an innovation project at a Swiss private bank.
